Carriers bill the greater of actual and dimensional weight. Measure the outer packed carton and use the divisor stated in the current carrier contract.
Metric dimensional weight = length × width × height / divisor in cm³ per kg. Imperial dimensional weight = cubic inches / divisor.

Use the final packed outer dimensions, including protective material and any carton bulge.
