Container Load Calculator

Estimate carton capacity across six orientations and payload limits.

Method and assumptions

The result is a rectangular grid estimate using reference internal dimensions. Door opening, loading sequence, dunnage, weight distribution and unusable gaps can reduce actual capacity.

The calculator tests all six carton orientations, selects the highest dimension-limited count, then applies the container payload limit.

Common questions

Are these exact container dimensions?

They are common planning references. Confirm the equipment specification supplied by the carrier.

Why may real loading be lower?

Door dimensions, loading access, carton deformation, dunnage and weight distribution create unusable space.
