Method and assumptions
The result is a rectangular grid estimate using reference internal dimensions. Door opening, loading sequence, dunnage, weight distribution and unusable gaps can reduce actual capacity.
The calculator tests all six carton orientations, selects the highest dimension-limited count, then applies the container payload limit.
